The terms, before you book.

A card holds the appointment. Nothing is charged until the session.

The card details sit with the scheduler, not with me, and are not stored in the studio.

Twenty-four hours to cancel or reschedule at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours, the full session is charged.

Appointments are one to a room and booked in advance, so an hour given up inside a day is rarely filled at short notice. The window is the whole policy. There is no partial fee.

The session ends at its scheduled time. Arriving fifteen minutes late means a shorter session at the full price.

Message me if you are running behind and I will tell you honestly whether it is still worth coming.

Charged in full. A second no-show means prepayment for future bookings.

This has never been about the money. It is the only way to keep same-week availability open for everyone else.

Message me and I will move it at no cost, inside the window or not.

Do not come in with a fever, an active infection, a cold sore or an oral ulcer. None of those are workable and all of them are reschedulable.

Two weeks after neurotoxin, four weeks after filler, two weeks after dental work before anything intraoral.

Tell me the product, area and date at booking. If the timing is wrong the appointment is moved, not worked around.

Every price and duration is published on the treatments page. What you see is the session, not a starting point.
