What goes in, and what it costs.

Movement starts to change at three to five days and settles by two weeks. It lasts six to eight weeks, shorter than neurotoxin anywhere else, because the muscle is small and you use it constantly.

Photographs, then a look at how the lip moves at rest, in a smile, and on a hard consonant. Numbing is not usually needed. Four to six units placed along the upper border, which takes seconds. You are out inside the half hour.

Stay upright for four hours. Nothing rubbing the area, no straws and no hard exercise for the rest of the day. Expect nothing visible for three days, and do not judge it before two weeks.

A full syringe in one sitting is a real change. If you have never had lip filler I will usually place half and bring you back at two weeks for the rest, at no extra cost, because a lip built in two stages settles better than one built in a hurry.

Photographs and a conversation about shape before anything is opened. Topical numbing for twenty minutes, and the product carries lidocaine of its own. Border first, then body, a little at a time, with a mirror in your hand between passes. Forty-five minutes door to door.

Ice on and off through the first evening. Swelling peaks at about forty-eight hours and will look like far more than you asked for. That is not the result. Sleep propped up for two nights. No exercise, alcohol, heat or straws for twenty-four hours. Judge the lip at two weeks and not before.

Pregnant or breastfeeding · an active or recent cold sore, and any history of them without antiviral cover started beforehand · a known allergy to lidocaine or hyaluronic acid · active infection anywhere on the face · dental work planned inside two weeks · on blood thinners without your prescriber’s clearance.

Conservative on purpose. A small amount, reviewed at four weeks, added to only if it is genuinely short. It lasts twelve to eighteen months here because the area moves so little.

A long assessment, because not every under-eye shadow is a hollow. Pigment, thin skin and true fat loss all look the same in a bathroom mirror and only one of the three is improved by filler. If yours is not, I will tell you and you will not be charged for a treatment you should not have. Then photographs, topical numbing, and cannula placement deep on bone through one entry point per side.

One session of sixty minutes, reviewed at four weeks against your baseline photographs. Most people hold this for twelve to eighteen months and then come back for a single syringe rather than the whole plan again.

Thirty minutes of assessment before anything is opened. Photographed from five angles, measured, and then talked through in front of the pictures so that you can see what I am seeing rather than take my word for it. Topical numbing, then placement in the order the face needs, which is structure first and detail last.

Ice for the evening. Sleep on your back for two nights. No exercise, alcohol or heat for twenty-four hours. Across a session this size, bruising somewhere is likely. No facial massage and no intraoral work for four weeks.

Everything that rules out a single syringe rules out a plan built from several · and if what you want is one area changed rather than a face balanced, book the single syringe instead. It is the cheaper answer and, for that, the better one.

Three sessions, four weeks apart. Very little is visible until after the second, and the real change lands at three to six months as collagen builds. Maintained once a year after that.

One or two tubes drawn from the arm, spun for ten minutes while you numb. Then either microneedled across the skin or placed in a grid by needle, depending on what is being treated. The price covers all three sessions and is paid once, at the first.

The skin stays red and hot for the evening and tight the next day. Nothing on it for twenty-four hours beyond what you are sent home with, and then sunscreen without fail. No exercise, alcohol or heat for twenty-four hours. For the scalp, no washing until the morning.

Usually weekly for six to ten weeks, then monthly. What it does to skin tone is gradual and it is modest, and it fades once you stop. Anyone promising you several shades is selling you something.

None. If brightness is what you are after, daily sunscreen will do more for you than the injection will, and the two work better together than either does alone.
