Ten minutes of history and range-of-motion checks. Neck and jaw externally. Gloves on, rinse offered, then intraoral work at the masseter and pterygoids, one side at a time. Range checked again at the end.
Water, and soft food for the evening. Expect tenderness like after a workout for a day. No hard chewing, no gum for 24 hours.

Buccal Release: Intraoral Massage in Reston & Tysons, Virginia
Gloved work inside the cheek along the buccinator and masseter, paired with external drainage at the jaw, neck and clavicle. The muscle worked from both sides at once.

Eight weekly sessions to change the shape of a held face, then monthly to hold it.
A fresh pair of nitrile gloves is opened in front of you and changed between sides. Hands washed before gloving. You are offered water and a rinse first, and again at the end. Nothing goes in your mouth that you have not seen unwrapped.
Water for the rest of the day. The inside of your cheek may feel tender to the tongue overnight. Nothing acidic or very hot for a few hours. Rebook at seven days.
