A few units at the border of the upper lip, relaxing the muscle that pulls it down. No filler and no added volume.
Dermal filler
Hyaluronic acid at the cheek, chin, laugh lines, lips or under the eye, and Radiesse where the jaw wants structure rather than volume.
Facial balancing
Several syringes across more than one area, planned as a whole face rather than worked through as a list of complaints. Two tiers.
PRP and PRF
Your own blood, spun down and returned to the skin or the scalp. Nothing synthetic goes in. Sold as a course because one session does not do it.
B12 and glutathione
One intramuscular shot into the shoulder. Worth having if you are low, and worth testing before you assume that you are.

In the studio
A typical series is six to eight weekly sessions, then monthly to hold it.
Most people feel a change after the first visit and see one by the third. You will get the series written down before you leave, with the dates that work backward from it.
Two studios, one client at a time
I work on faces. Most of my clients arrive holding their temples, or having been told by a dentist that they grind, and some of them arrive wanting a syringe. I trained in manual lymphatic drainage and intraoral technique, and I inject as a nurse. Both studios are run the same way: one client in the room at a time, so the hour is yours. No rooms turning over, and no upsell at the end.
The bodywork at Reston is mine, and Tysons is worked by a second practitioner trained in the same protocols and held to the same terms. The injectable menu is mine at both. Either way you will know what is being done while it is done. If something is not right for you (recent dental work, filler that needs to settle first), we will say so and move the appointment.
Common questions
All questionsDoes buccal massage hurt?
It is firm and it is unfamiliar. Most people describe pressure rather than pain, and you set the ceiling. I check in through the whole intraoral portion. Gloves are new for every appointment and shown to you before I begin.
Can I have bodywork and injectables both?
Yes, in the right order. Two weeks after neurotoxin and four weeks after filler before any intraoral or drainage work, whether I placed it or somebody else did. If you are doing both in one stretch, book the massage first: pressure on fresh filler moves it. Tell me the dates and I will sequence it.
How often should I come?
Six to eight weekly sessions to change something, then monthly to hold it. You will get the schedule written down at the first visit.
