What a first appointment looks like, minute by minute

One client to a room, no upsell at the end. Written out so nothing about the first visit is a surprise.

The corner of an empty treatment table on a greige ground

The first ten minutes

History, then measurements. How wide your jaw opens, whether it tracks straight, where it catches, which side you sleep on, what your dentist has said. I write it down and we compare it at the end.

You stay dressed for jaw and facial work. For body drainage you undress to your comfort and stay draped throughout; only the area being worked is uncovered.

The rest of the hour

Neck and jaw externally first, then the intraoral portion if you have booked it, one side at a time. I tell you what I am doing before I do it and check pressure as we go.

At the end: measurements again, aftercare in plain language, and the series written down. There is no product to buy and no upgrade to decline.
